Who are the Top 5 Centers?
Minutes-Points-Rebounds-Blocks
1. Dwight Howard- No question about it.
2. Al Horford- Averages 35- 15- 9- 1, good on defense and offense.
3. Andrew Bogut- averaging 35 -12- 11- 2, great defender and good on offense.
4. DeMarcus Cousins- averages 28- 14- 8- 0.8, good on defense and offense. Even though he is a rookie he is putting up good numbers with 2 Centers playing at once along with Dalembert, his numbers will only get better.
5. Nene- averaging 30- 14- 7- 1, good defensively.
HM- Noah, Kaman, Monroe

Bynum is injured too much.
Stoudemire is a PF as is Duncan.
Dwight Howard(notes)
No explanations needed, Dwight Howard is clearly the best center in the NBA right now. With a season average of 22.8 points and 13.8 rebounds, the sky is the limit for the 25-year-old big man. The only weakness in Howard’s game has been his free throw shooting, where he has only converted 60 percent of his attempts.
2. Tim Duncan(notes)
Duncan has been very consistent over the years, and has carried the San Antonio Spurs to multiple NBA championships. The soft-spoken big man is averaging 13.4 point per game and 9.2 rebounds in the 2010/11 NBA season, and the San Antonio Spurs currently have the best record in the NBA.
3. Amar’e Stoudemire(notes)
Stoudemire didn’t miss a beat with his move to New York, and has carried the Knicks to the sixth spot in the NBA’s Eastern Conference. He is averaging 26.1 points and 8.6 rebounds per game this season, and is a major part of the Knicks’ recent success.
4. Brook Lopez(notes)
Good enough to one day become the best center in the NBA; Brook Lopez has been exceptional in his short NBA career. The 7-foot big man is averaging 16.9 points and 7.7 rebounds in his career. The 22-year-old is also shooting over 50 percent from the field. Given his age, most fans expect big things from Lopez in the future.
5. Andrew Bynum(notes)
A solid part of the Los Angeles Lakers team, Bynum played a major role for the Lakers during the playoffs last year. Averaging 11.4 points and 7.4 rebounds for the season, Bynum will continue developing into a premier NBA center.
